The model is built from laser cut plywood without glue in around five hours and lands at 184 parts with a medium difficulty rating. A pendulum gear smooths the movement so the rotation runs evenly rather than in jerks. The parts leave the factory unfinished. Globus is sold standalone and needs no other UG article.
