The rubber bands can be wound again and again and are replaced when needed by spooling out the line they are attached to with the ratchet key. The parts are punched out of art-quality wooden boards and assemble without glue or special tools; sandpaper and wax are included and should be used on the moving parts. The wood can be left untreated or painted, coloured and stained, paint is not included. With 172 parts, around three hours of assembly and an Easy rating the article sits in the entry-level segment.
