Minicars Reseller Terms & Conditions

1. Customers
New resellers must submit a certificate of registration. Minicars will evaluate the applicant based on region, creditworthiness, experience, competence, and business concept.2. Prices & Payment
• All prices are stated in EUR and follow the price list on the order date.• Shipping costs are added to all orders.
• Invoices are sent via email or e-invoice.
• Payment terms: 30 days net. If payment is not received, the account is suspended until full payment is made, and subsequent orders must be prepaid.
• Late payment interest of 1% per month and a reminder fee of 3.00 EUR apply in case of delayed payment.
3. Annual Bonus Program
Resellers can receive up to 10% additional discount on net prices. The discount is reviewed annually by Minicars. If the reseller meets Minicars ’expectations, a volume discount is granted according to the following table:

Minicars expects resellers to actively support hobby product sales in their local market through good service, availability, and marketing of their store and products.
4. Shipping & Delivery
• Deliveries are made from Enköping, Sweden, and transport follows the carrier’s terms and insurance policies.
• Minimum charged shipping fee:
◦ 9.00 EUR + VAT
• Backorders are delivered with the next order unless otherwise agreed.
• Shipping damages must be reported directly to the carrier upon receipt. The reseller is responsible for following the carrier’s procedures
5. Returns
• Returns must not be sent before approval is obtained.
• A handling fee of 20% is charged for returns that are not due to incorrect delivery.
• Returned goods must be in their original packaging, without price tags, and in a sellable condition.
• Returns must be sent using Minicars ’return shipping label.
• Returns are not accepted for discontinued products or consumables (e.g., batteries, fuel, glue).
• Resellers must contact service@minicars.se for all return approvals and related issues.
6. Credit Limit
Each reseller receives an individual credit limit based on an assessment by our credit partner. Orders exceeding the credit limit will automatically require prepayment.7. Ownership
Delivered products remain the property of Minicars until full payment has been received.8. Warranty & Claims
• All warranty cases must be registered in our digital case management system before returning goods.
• Repairs outside the warranty are charged at 50.00 EUR/hour + material costs. Minimum charge is 30 minutes.
• Cases must include:
◦ A photo of the product.
◦ A photo/receipt from the cash register system.
◦ A detailed error description.
