Castle CC011-0177-00 - Direct Connect Sensor Wire 150mm
The Direct-Connect Sensor Wire eliminates the need for the Castle sensor harness adapter. This eliminates a connection point and makes your installation cleaner. One end has the standard ROAR sensor plug that connects to the back of any sensored motor. The other end plugs directly into any waterproof, sensor-capable Castle ESC.Compatible ESCs:

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS:
The Castle Creations Direct Sensor Wire helps clean up your wiring. It eliminates the need to use the Castle Sensor Harness that is included with Castle waterproof ESCs.
- Compatible with all sensored brushless motors.
- Compatible with all Castle waterproof sensored ESCs: Cobra series, Copperhead 10, Mamba Micro X/2, Mamba X, Mamba Monster X, Mamba Monster X 8s, and Mamba XLX2.
- Available lengths: 100, 150, 200, 250, 300 & 400mm
Motor Installation:
Plug new direct connect sensor wire into the back of the motor. The plug is keyed so it will only insert correctly one way.
Mamba Micro X/2 and Copperhead 10 Installation:
- Unplug existing sensor harness (or dust cover) from ESC.
- - If removing dust cover, use pliers to grab center tab.
- Unplug receiver/fan harness from ESC.
- Plug in new direct connect sensor wire; mind the orientation by aligning the white wire to the corresponding whit dot on the side of the ESC.
- Plug in receiver/fan harness. Mind the orientation.
Mamba X Installation:
- Remove 2 screws beside capacitors, using 1.5mm hex.
- Remove C-shaped wire harness retainer.
- Unplug existing sensor harness from ESC.
- Plug in new direct connect sensor wire; mind the orientation by aligning the white wire to the corresponding whit dot on the side of the ESC.
- Reinstall wire harness retainer and screws.
- Unplug existing sensor harness (or dust cover) from ESC.
- Press against the slotted top case to allow easier removal; there is a lip that helps retain the sensor harness in place.
- Pull the wires/plug of the harness slightly away from ESC and then up.
- If removing dust cover, use pliers to grab center tab.
- 2. Plug in new direct connect sensor wire; mind the orientation by aligning the white wire to the corresponding whit dot on the side of the ESC.
- Insert harness at slight angle, just barely past the top case lip.
- Rotate plug vertically once past the top case lip.
- Make sure you are aligned properly and not missing a pin.
- It is easy to accidentally miss all of the pins and the harness will slip behind them.
- You can use a small flat head screw driver to fully seat the harness.
