AT10II 12-Channel Radio with R12DS Receiver – Mode 1, Orange
The AT10II is RadioLink's 12-channel transmitter for airplanes, helicopters, gliders, multicopters and drones, and it also handles cars, boats and robots. This version is orange and comes in Mode 1, with throttle and aileron on the right stick. Settings are made on a 3.5-inch color screen, the transmitter stores 15 models, and all twelve channels are freely programmable. The box includes an R12DS 12-channel receiver and the PRM-01 telemetry module, so model battery voltage shows on the screen right from the start.
The link uses RadioLink's DSSS and FHSS hybrid with 16-channel frequency hopping and QPSK modulation, and a low-noise 7 dBi high-gain PCB antenna gives up to 4,000 m range in the air with the R12DS. All twelve channels respond within 3 ms. The system supports SBUS, PPM and PWM, and firmware is updated via USB.

Screen and menus
The 3.5-inch color screen has 320 × 480 pixels and 16-bit color, and parameters such as curves and mixes are shown in a graphical view. The transmitter switches layout automatically depending on the selected model type, and it stores 15 models.
An integrated select and confirm button makes the menus quick to navigate, and firmware is updated with a USB cable and a computer.
Range and response time
The AT10II combines DSSS and FHSS with 16-channel pseudo-random frequency hopping and QPSK modulation, giving a stable signal on all twelve channels even in crowded environments. The channel bandwidth is 5.0 MHz and the transmitter antenna is a low-noise 7 dBi high-gain PCB antenna.
All twelve channels respond simultaneously within 3 ms. Resolution is 4096 steps, with servo jitter of at most 1.84 µs and typically 0.25 µs, so the servos hold still.

Range is measured in open terrain without interference.
Simulator and trainer
The AT10II works with most flight simulators on the market. For wired use, a dongle connects the PPM port on the back of the transmitter to the computer. For wireless use, the dongle connects to a PPM receiver bound to the transmitter, so the simulator can run on a computer or a mobile phone. In simulator mode the RF section is switched off to save battery. Simulator software and dongle are not included.
The transmitter has a trainer function, and RadioLink's wireless trainer cable is available as an accessory.
Mixing, telemetry and receivers
All twelve channels can be programmed, and mixing is set up in a clear graphical view. Preset mixes include airbrake, aileron to elevator, flap to aileron and V-tail.
With the included PRM-01 connected to the R12DS, model battery voltage is shown on the transmitter screen. The PRM-03 telemetry module together with a RadioLink flight controller such as the PIX6, PIXHAWK, CrossFlight or Mini Pix adds speed, altitude, GPS position, RSSI, flight mode and attitude. RSSI can also be sent to the FPV monitor.
Sound and on-screen alarms warn of low RSSI, low model voltage, low receiver voltage and low transmitter voltage.
The R12DS has diversity antennas for all-round coverage and provides 11 channels of PWM, or 12 channels via SBUS and PWM. One transmitter can be bound to up to 30 receivers, and the SBUS output suits flight controllers and boards such as Ardupilot, PX4, Betaflight, Arduino and Raspberry Pi.
Power and ergonomics
The transmitter runs on 7.4–15 V through a standard JST connector: 8 × AA batteries, 2S–3S LiPo, 18650 lithium, Li-ion, NiMH or NiCd. A switching mode power supply keeps current draw under 105 mA, and a 1800 mAh 3S battery lasts about 12 hours. Reverse polarity protection guards both transmitter and receiver. The battery compartment measures 115 × 32 × 30.5 mm, and an 18650 pack must have a JST connector and fit those dimensions.
The grip has a matte, non-slip texture, the long sticks allow precise movements, and the switches come in different lengths so they are easy to tell apart. The stick mode is Mode 1 on delivery, and changing mode is described in the manual. A spring is included so the throttle stick can be made self-centering.
