The S13 Nissan® 240SX became a street legend thanks to its sharp handling and classic looks. Traxxas captures that look and feel in a detailed replica built on the 1/10 scale 4-Tec® 2.0 chassis. Velineon® 3s brushless power and all-wheel-drive grip launch the 240SX off the line and on to 80+ km/h on a 3-cell LiPo battery – modern performance with classic styling.
3s Brushless Power
The new Velineon 3s power system turns 11.1 volts of LiPo power into brutal acceleration and 80+ km/h top speed straight out of the box, with no gearing changes required. The feature-packed VX3 speed control is easy to set up with Traxxas EZ-Set® one-button programming, and the efficient V3300 motor has internal fan cooling for long run times.
Metal-Gear Steering Servo
Quick reflexes and agile handling call for a fast, strong steering servo. The 4-Tec 2.0 gets a new metal-gear servo for superior strength and durability, and an integrated servo saver sharpens steering precision while protecting the servo from impacts.
Classic Style
From the iconic pop-up headlights to the large rear spoiler, the licensed S13 Nissan 240SX body recreates classic 1980s styling. Wide tires on aggressive 6-spoke tuner wheels accentuate the low stance, and the metallic paint contrasts with the molded body details for show-stopping looks.
Clipless Body Mounting
Hidden mounts under the hood and rear spoiler keep the clean lines of the 240SX intact while holding the body tightly to the chassis. The self-energizing locking tabs latch with an audible snap when secure and release in seconds for quick access to the chassis.
TQi Sport Transmitter
The TQi™ Sport transmitter packs the range and performance of the TQi into a compact, comfortable design. The ergonomic grip has a removable adapter for smaller hands, and programming is done with a single button. A high-output 2.4 GHz signal delivers the range and glitch-free performance that the speed of the 4-Tec demands.
All-Wheel Drive
An efficient shaft-driven all-wheel-drive system delivers instant throttle response. Sealed front and rear differentials transfer the torque of the brushless motor to the wheels through one-piece steel driveshafts, which sit in extended drive cups for maximum articulation and durability.
