Nitro Slash® combines the proven Slash short course platform with the sound and feel of a real nitro engine. The TRX® 3.3 Racing Engine takes the truck past 50 mph (80 km/h), and EZ-Start® lights the glow plug and cranks the engine at the push of a button – no pull starter and no glow igniter needed. TSM keeps the truck composed under throttle and braking on low-traction surfaces. This version comes with the Hawaiian ProGraphix® body with applied decals.
Nitro Slash is rated skill level 4 and is intended for drivers with previous R/C experience. It is delivered fully assembled with radio, EZ-Start starter battery and charger. Nitro fuel and eight AA batteries are needed to get started.
